Official Terms of Service Provisions

By registering an account, initializing an eye-tracking screening session, or accessing the LexiSense portal, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a school, educational institution, or clinic, you represent that you hold proper authorization to bind that entity.
2. User Conduct and Account Integrity
Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Self-registered parent accounts may access child screening features. Administrative and Clinical Specialist privileges are elevated exclusively by authorized Super Administrators. Attempting unauthorized privilege escalation or bypassing security guards is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
LexiSense AI Inc., its developers, and affiliated specialists shall not be liable for any educational delays, misinterpretations of screening indicators, or reliance on automated scores in lieu of professional clinical evaluations. LexiSense provides software tools intended to complement, rather than substitute, professional judgment.
4. Termination and Account Deletion
Parents may delete their accounts and child screening records at any time. LexiSense reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in system exploitation, reverse engineering, or harmful practices.
